OUR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
We've split our Plan into sections to make it easier for you to understand.
Our first promise is to offer you, at the time you make your booking directly with us via our contact center, website or service desks, the lowest possible quotation available for the time, date and class of service you wish to order.
From time to time we may offer different prices, our contact center agents will advise you of other options that may be available and will help identify the lowest published quotation for your needs.
Remember that the lowest quotations have less flexibility, for example they usually have to be booked well in advance are based on a minimum service plan, are non refundable and you cannot subsequently change dates or job types. If you want a more flexible plan you must let us know at the outset so we can search out the best deal for you.
Delays and disruptions are a frustrating but sometimes an inevitable part of maintenance and repair services. In the event of a job cancellation, or deadline extension, we will notify you. Within 30 minutes of us knowing about it, we will provide you with the best available information via:
- E-mail direct to our customers.
- Our recorded information telephone line.
- Social Media, including Facebook and Twitter.
- Personal address by our service advisors and customer service staff.
We handle hundreds of jobs per week, and due to the sheer volume, completion times can very occasionally get extended.
If your service job isn't completed on the proposed fate it is absolutely essential that you make contact with one of our customer service staff or representatives and file a report.
Once the report is filed with us we take all reasonable measures to complete your job card and minimize the inconvenience caused.
In the unlikely but regrettable event that your service job is not finished on the proposed date, we promise upon request to provide confirmation of a free service package*. More information can be provided by contacting our service advisors.
